Payment method - Out of Network Provider

Insurance not accepted. With the exception of the Meet & Greet appointment, all clients pay at time of service.

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

Payment Authorization

By scheduling an appointment and providing a credit card, you authorize Possibilities Therapy, PLLC to charge the card on file for services rendered, missed appointments (no-shows), and cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice. Meet & Greet appointments are not charged unless you choose to continue with therapy services. However, if you miss your Meet & Greet appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you authorize Possibilities Therapy, PLLC to charge the full $200 Meet & Greet fee to the card on file.
